Comments : When my Rottweiler, Vona Sue, was 5 months old she bacme very sick. My husband and I brought her to Dr. Dot on a Monday, the staff had sugested leaving her over night for a hospital stay. We refused to leave her so we took her home with the promise to bring her back in first thing on tues morning. Which we did. She stayed with Dr. Dot all day Tuesday and my husband and i picked her up at the end of the day, with instructions for administering IV antibitoics. Wedenseday morning we took her back to Dr. Dot and that afternoon Dr. Dot had called us to come in to speak with her. Tests had showed that Vona had a blockage of some sort, and that she would need immediate surgery. Dr. Dot gave her less than 50% for surviving the surgery. My husband and I told her to do the surgery. Vona came thru the surger, but Dr. Dot still didn't think the prognosis was very good. Dr. Dot being the kind of woman she is, took my baby to her home that night. The next day, Dr. Dot called me and told me I needed to come see my pup. I got to the office to find my beloved Vona Sue, jumping, running and playing fetch like she had never had any surgery at all. Not only did Dr. Dot save my baby girls life that night. She also bonded with my girl. That will be 9 yrs ago this May. And as for Vona Sue...she just had her 9th birthday in Dec. And she's still my baby girl. And even now she gets excited when you mention Dr. Dots name.
Thanks Dr. Dot.
and congrats on the baby boy.
Motherhood is wonderful !!
